Why does the keyboard become disconnected in BT mode?
If the battery level is low, the keyboard won't support the BT function properly. To fix this, update the BT function of the device and fully charge the keyboard.

Can it work with a PS4, PS5, or Xbox?
RK keyboards are compatible with some games on PS4, PS5, and Xbox in wired mode. However, the keyboard can't connect with Xbox One, PS4, and PS5 through Bluetooth mode.
